Online payment
Before proceeding to the payment procedure, you must agree all the details during the call with the Manager, who will give you the number of your order and the amount of payment. To pay and identify the payment, you will need to enter the order number on the payment page.
To pay for the purchase, You will be redirected to the payment gateway of Sberbank of Russia to enter your card details. Please prepare your plastic card in advance. The connection to the payment gateway and the transfer of information is carried out in a secure mode using the SSL encryption Protocol.
Refund in case of cancellation of the service
If the customer (you) refuses to receive services for a previously agreed order on time:
- less than 5 days before the delivery of the vehicle, the customer is charged the amount paid in the amount of 10% of the cost of services on the order;
- less than 3 days before the delivery of the vehicle, the customer is charged the amount paid in the amount of 50% of the cost of services on the order;
- less than 24 hours before the delivery of the vehicle, the customer is charged the amount paid in the amount of 100 % of the cost of services on the order.
Refunds on a canceled application are made to your bank account within 5-30 business days (depending on the Bank).
If there is a delay in the delivery of transport through the fault of the Contractor for more than 20 minutes, except when such a delay is caused by circumstances beyond the control of the Contractor (such cases include: mechanical damage to the vehicle that occurred through no fault of the Contractor, and preventing the movement of the vehicle, road closures), the customer has the right to cancel the application. In this case, the transport is considered not to have arrived at the place of execution of the order, and the contractor refunds the funds to the customer’s bank account and pays a fine of 10% of the cost of renting the transport for the order.
